High-quality printing for
impressive advertising media

Relief printing
- transparent lacquer in a noticeably thicker layer
- tangible advertising message
- glossy surface
- elegant and individual
With relief printing, a transparent varnish is applied to the motif in a thicker layer and forms a glossy, raised surface on the printed areas. This makes your advertising message tangible. This finish gives you an impressive advertising medium with a great feel that looks classy and personalised.

Pad printing
- Printing by ink absorption and release of a silicone pad
- Texts and logos with intricate details
- elegant, stylish lines
- detailed look
In pad printing, the motif is reproduced in a plate as a recess. The ink in the indentation is absorbed by a silicone pad and released onto the pen. Pad printing is the most important printing process for our plastic pens and is particularly suitable for fine lines. Pad printing is therefore particularly suitable for texts and logos with intricate details on pens.

4c digital printing
- computerised printing process
- Representation of colour transitions
- high resolution, photorealistic
- small editions
In digital printing, an image is created by spraying small drops of ink onto the pen. The ink is then dried immediately with the help of UV light. With 4c digital printing, photorealistic motifs can also be realised in small print runs. This enables us, for example, to print your personalised business card on a STABILO BOSS ORIGINAL.

Screen printing
- Printing through fine-mesh fabric and colour-impermeable stencil
- Printing on various surfaces and shapes
- covering colours
- durable
In screen printing, the colour is printed onto the pen through a fine mesh. The print motif is created using a stencil, which makes the mesh openings impermeable to colour in the necessary places. As many different surfaces and shapes can be printed using the screen printing process, it is the classic printing option for promotional products. Special printing inks ensure impressive opacity and durability of the print.

Laser engraving
- Metal finishing
- Fine lines and intricate details
- Stylish and discreet
- durable
In laser engraving, the material is heated with a laser beam to such an extent that the colour is changed to create a contrast or the material evaporates or burns. The engraving is abrasion-resistant and the result is both elegant and discreet. The colour of the laser engraving depends on the respective substrate.

Embossing
- finishing of leather and wood
- haptic experience
- durable
- noble result
In embossing finishing, a stamp is used to create an indentation in the material. This process is carried out either as blind embossing - i.e. without colour application - or as hot foil embossing with a coloured design. In order to add colour to the embossing, special foils are used in hot foil stamping, which transfer the motif in colour through the pressure and heat of the stamp.
Precision in color for your perfect brand presence
Special colors: Guaranteed precise colors for your brand
In order to guarantee a uniform color result across all printed materials, special color systems have been developed that assign colors unique designations and defined color mixtures (e.g. HKS or Pantone). This ensures that “Pantone 363 C” or “HKS 60”, for example, are described much more precisely than general specifications such as “light grass green”.
Why use STABILO spot colors
You have made your color choice carefully, and we want your pen to look exactly as you imagined it. With spot colors, there's no room for misunderstanding - you're guaranteed to receive your corporate color accurately.
